My designs are usually created based on or inspired by the client's VTuber model, so please be sure to include your character design or PNG when submitting your request.

When sharing your brief or submitting request, it would be very helpful if you include clear and detailed information (your expectations, concepts, references, color palettes, materials, assets, and the intended purpose). This ensures that we are aligned from the start and helps the entire process feel smooth and reassuring for both parties.

I take commissions selectively and may politely decline requests.

All vector materials are personalized and created by Kira from scratch. But, Kira might use legally obtained resources from the internet that are safe for commercial use.

Please ensure that any materials, assets, references, or intellectual property you provide are safe, legally obtained, and properly authorized for use. As this responsibility rests with the client, I cannot be held liable for any issues arising from unlicensed content.

I kindly ask that you do not redistribute, resell, reproduce, or use the designs as a heavy reference without permission.

I am strongly against the use of AI-generated content. Please avoid submitting AI-made assets, and do not use my work for AI training or re-edit my designs with AI.

My working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (UTC+7), but I can be flexible when needed.

All payments are handled exclusively through VGEN and WISE.

A full 100% upfront payment is required and I do not offer installment plans for my services.

For regular custom commissions, pricing may vary depending on the overall project complexity, scope, workload. The listed prices on my VGEN and website are the base rates.

The price for SKEB-Styled/Surprise Me/Omakase commissions are fixed (flat rate).

If the commission is processed through VGEN, you will receive an invoice from VGEN for every transaction. For commissions processed outside VGEN, I will directly send the invoice on direct message.

Refunds are not available once the work has begun or is in progress, unless I initiate the refund myself because I am unable to complete the commission for any reason.

You may cancel the commission and receive a full refund only if the work has not yet started. But, please keep in mind that sometimes you may not get a full refund because some platforms are applying a fee for every transaction processed. Kira will not accept the responsibility for paying the fee that has already been deducted by the platform.

Due to the digital nature of the design work, no refunds are offered once the final files have been delivered and accepted by the Client.

For regular custom commissions, unlimited minor revisions are available. But, to avoid unnecessary back-and-forth, saves time, and keeps the process comfortable for both sides, please provide a detailed brief from the start.

Revisions are not available for SKEB-Styled/Surprise Me/Omakase commissions.

I do not accept complete redesigns (such as a full theme or concept change) once the work has already begun. Please ensure that your brief is as clear and comprehensive as possible. If you wish to change the theme or concept in the middle of the editing process, I would kindly ask that you request a separate commission so that we can approach it properly.

Personal and Commercial: Monetized Content licenses are included in all the services that I offer.

Commercial: Merchandising → Commercial use involving physical or printed items (such as merchandise, ads, banners, etc.) requires an additional fee of +100% base price.

Copyright Buyout → A full copyright buyout requires an additional fee of +500% the base price.

Credit is not mandatory but Kira always warmly appreciates any kind of proper credit. What matters to Kira is that the work is not presented as your own.

You are welcome to reach me out via Email or VGEN DM. If you prefer another platform (such as Discord or X/Twitter) feel free to share your username with me and I will contact you there. But, due to the high number of bots on X/Twitter, I usually avoid using it for safety and to keep communication consistent.

For regular custom commissions, I will provide progress updates at least once every five days.

For SKEB-Styled/Surprise Me/Omakase commissions, I do not provide updates or communication while the design is in progress.

You are always welcome to ask for progress updates or WIPs at any time! I may not always be online, but I will respond to your chat as soon as I am available. I kindly ask you to avoid sending repeated, frequent, or spam-like messages.

If you feel unsure, have concerns and feedback, or are unhappy with the work because it is not going as you expected, please reach out to me privately so we can talk it through and find the solutions properly, calmly, and respectfully. Sharing concerns publicly can complicate resolution.

Any changes, important updates, delays, or adjustments during the commission will be communicated to the client through direct message.

Delivery usually takes 2 weeks to 1 months per project (business days), depending on the project complexity, scope, and workload. This does not include the time spent on the waiting list, revisions, pending queue delays, or communication and discussion time.

Rush options are available for under 2 weeks (+100% base price) or under 1 week (+200% base price).

If the source files are not originally included but you want to request them, an additional +100% fee will apply. Please let me know in advance if you would like the source files.

For non-template designs, the final work is typically delivered in PNG or JPEG format for images and WEBM or MP4 format for motion videos.

For template designs, the final work is usually delivered in PSD format, as I mainly use Photoshop for my projects. But, I can also deliver template designs in AI or FIG format by request, but please let me know about the file format when you submit your initial request.

If the client becomes unresponsive for seven days during an ongoing custom commission, three days during an ongoing SKEB-Styled/Surprise Me/Omakase commission, or one day before the guaranteed delivery date on VGen, the commission will be marked as completed, files will be delivered, and no refund will be issued.

All final work will be delivered via Google Drive.

Any confidential information related to the client's privacy will be handled with care and respect. Clients are also expected to respect Kira’s privacy and refrain from sharing any confidential information about Kira. Both parties agree not to disclose any personal, private, or confidential information unless written permission is granted or required.

Regarding the sharing of design work (both WIP and final), I offer three options: (1) Yes. WIP and final work can be uploaded directly to Kira’s social media and portfolio page right after the commission is completed; (2) WIP may be shared, but final work will be postponed until the client releases the design to the public. Fixed date required, if there's no fixed date then Kira will upload the design to the public maximum 1 month after the design is finished. (3) WIP may not be shared and the final work uploads will be postponed until the client releases the design to the public. Fixed date from the client are not required, no time limitation. This option requires an NDA, with an additional fee of +100%.

Please note that I reserve the right to include completed work in my portfolio and upload the completed work on my social media for self-promotion.
